This letter is to thank everyone involved in installing my carpet. My saleswoman was patient and well-informed. Chris was quick and professional in taking measurements, and assessing the job. I was amazed that the installation took only one day, even though it was raining and the installer had to get back to the warehouse to cut the carpet. I woke up the next day and it felt like Christmas. You are a tremendous team!

We recently had new flooring purchased for our kitchen and laundry room. Our sales lady was most accommodating. The two workmen who came to do the laying of the flooring were so careful and thorough in their service, we believe they should be recognized by us for the fine workmanship they did in our home. They arrived promptly, and every piece of furniture was handled with care.

The time required to complete the installation was long, and required much care. Their workday was long, into the seven o’clock hour. We want you to know how pleased we are with our sales lady’s interest in our project, and how carefully the installers performed their responsibilities.

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you what a great job your company did with the installation of my new laminate floors this last week. The team of installers did an excellent job. They were a pleasure to work with, and very professional at all times.  Arriving on time daily and working well as a team, they did an excellent job of problem solving with the stair railings. Your designer G.B. was so helpful with the choosing of the product I selected. He made the whole process a pleasing experience. How nice is that!

Recently my husband and I had our entire condo carpeting replaced by Coles at Miramar Marine Corps Air Station. I am writing to tell you how pleased we were with the service provided. At the store we dealt with Ron Collins, who was very knowledgeable, and helpfully answered our questions so that we could make an informed decision. He did not pressure us to make our decision, but acted in a friendly, professional manner. The three installers also were very professional, friendly, and capable. I didn’t even see them take a break! In any event, we couldn’t be more pleased, and we are spreading the word to friends and family.

March 2009

Our flooring project is complete and we are very pleased. This could not have been accomplished without the efforts of two individuals, Mr. Michael Plummer and Mr. Bob Holmes.

Were it not for Michael’s persistence and customer service, our project would probably still be in the planning stage. In today’s world, customer service such as this is found to be wanting in many quarters. Fine beginning to end, Michael was there when needed and ensured all was accomplished on time and on budget.

Bob Holmes’ workmanship, genuine interest, and timeliness are greatly appreciated. Presented with some unique timing and design aspects of our project, he was more than equal to the challenges. Polite and determined, he made sure the project was done right the first time.
