This is to let you know that you have excellent crews working for you.  They were excellent in that they would answer my many questions about how to put down the wood floors.  Mr. Francisco Naredo was especially kind to answer any and all questions (and there were many.)  Mr. Luis Bermudez was also most helpful.  It was amazing to see them take pieces of wood and end up with a work of art.  All who have seen the new floors were really impressed with the end results.

I’ve gotten great service from Coles. I had to use them a couple of times on different units. One was just carpet and the other included wood flooring. They did a beautiful job on both at a fair price. They also corrected any errors without making it difficult.

I am sending a long overdue letter of appreciation for Katie Barajas for her outstanding service during this last two years.  It has been a long and involved process that included two back to back kitchen floods and required brand new flooring to be torn out three times and the entire home of 2400 square feet re-carpeted two times.  Fortunately for Katie she was not responsible for all of the removal of the kitchen cupboards and damaged walls, although I feel strongly that had she been in charge, it would have gone a lot smoother!  I think what makes Katie special is that she genuinely cares for her customers.  She always goes the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly from selection of goods to the installation to management of problems that arise along the way.  There certainly must have been some frustrating moments, but she always had a smile, great patience and a super problem solving ability.  “Oh, yes.  We can take care of that.”  So thank you, Katie, for being who you are.  That made all the difference these last two years.

I just wanted to drop a note to let you know how pleased I was with the purchase of my Karastan carpet and the help of Patrick and also the great job the carpet installers Ian and Marco did.  I just had new baseboards installed in my home and they did not need any touch-up after the installation.  Also, the furniture was moved very efficiently and safely out of the home and after the installation put back in place.  The carpet looks great!

After having had a long year of dealing with flooring issues, I want to take this opportunity to express my deep appreciation for how you and your team handled our very challenging situation.  It was frustrating for us, as well as Coles Fine Flooring.  As I intimated to Liz, we were not looking for monetary compensation, but merely looking to complete that renovation of our home to match the rest of the work done to a high standard of quality.  I want you to know that we were thoroughly pleased with the beauty of the original flooring, but the consistent deterioration that ensued as a result of its consistent deterioration that ensued as a result of its lack of advertised durability was the source of the problem.  The subsequent substitution of the Chinese Bamboo was a wise choice.  Not only does it have exquisite beauty, it obviously has good innate structure and strength that provides greater utility. I am more than impressed by how your company handled this situation.  It is indeed reflective of the professionalism and commitment to the service that your company embraces and touts in its advertising.  There is no question that the “Coles” name means high quality and excellent service.  As a former president of the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce, I appreciate that value that this represents. After having worked with hundreds of businesses, I know a great company when I see one.  Yours is, in certainty, the best in class.

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you what a great job your company did with the installation of my new laminate floor this last week.  The team of installers: Sean, Ross, and Brian did an excellent job.  They were a pleasure to work with and very professional at all times.  Arriving on time daily and working well as a team.  John was always available for consulting on various concerns for which I am greatly thankful.  Eric did an excellent job of problem solving with the stair railings.  Your designer G.B. was so helpful with the choosing of the product I selected.  He made the whole process a pleasing experience.  How nice is that!

Service was simply great. Personable, knowledgeable, and helpful from my first meeting to checking in after installation was complete. The installer, Robert, did a fabulous job and is one that cares about his craft. Demolition of the existing flooring proved to be more than challenging as previous owners that installed the floor used the wrong glues and there was water damage found after the floor was removed. Additional prep work was required beyond the original estimate (not Coles fault), but the end result is marvelous. I’d highly recommend Coles for hardwood installation any time.
