Amtico 20 year residential Warranty
If your Amtico floor should wear-out within 20 years of normal foot traffic, it will be replaced free of charge! Wear-out means the removal of pattern and colour from the floor. To qualify, the floor must have been professionally installed, regularly maintained and the registration form completed.
From January 2006, Amtico’s 20-year wear guarantee is transferable if you register your guarantee with us. Therefore, when you
move home, the floor within the residence you leave behind will continue to be covered by the Amtico warranty.

Spacia 0.5mm 15 year residential warranty
If your Spacia floor should wear out within 15 years of normal foot traffic, we will offer compensation on the following scale: 100% of product cost in years 1-3, 75% of product cost in years 4-6, 50% of product cost in years 7-10 and 25% of product costs in years 11-15. Wear-out means the removal of pattern and colour from the floor.
The floor must have been installed in accordance with our installation instructions (including our recommended adhesives) and the registration form completed.
Spacia 0.3mm 10 year residential warranty
If your Spacia floor should wear out within 10 years of normal foot traffic, we will offer compensation on the following scale: 100% of product cost in years 1-2, 75% of product cost in years 3-4, 50% of product cost in years 5-7 and 25% of product costs in years 8-10. Wear-out means the removal of pattern and colour from the floor.
The floor must have been installed in accordance with our installation instructions (including our recommended adhesives) and the registration form completed.
