The Gold Standard Award is the World Floor Covering Association’s way of recognizing stores that have created an outstanding consumer retail experience. This year, Coles Fine Flooring is honored to have won second place nationwide!
To receive the Gold Standard Award, companies are reviewed and judged based on:
Knowledge – promising a knowledgeable team who work to remain informed on all aspects of the industry at all times;
Customer Service – providing impeccable service and offering customers support throughout and after the purchase process;
Quality of Store Image – a clean, professional, well-maintained store (both inside and out) must be presented at all times; and
Code of Conduct – the facility must adhere to the WFCA Code of Conduct.
The company must be a member of the WFCA, they must have been in business for a minimum of three years, and have a clear Better Business Bureau report.
